We are looking for a reliable and motivated Floor Layer / Floor Installer to join a growing team working on renovation and new construction projects. Your Responsibilities
- Carrying out flooring installation work on renovation and new construction projects
- Preparing subfloors for installation
- Installing different types of floor coverings, including parquet, laminate, carpet, linoleum, and similar materials
- Performing surface treatment work
- Completing all types of baseboard and edge finishing work
What We’re Looking For
- Completed training as a certified floor installer, or several years of relevant professional experience
- Solid technical knowledge and understanding of flooring installation
- A high level of commitment and a reliable work ethic
- The ability to work independently and approach tasks with responsibility and initiative
- A positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people
- Good knowledge of German, at least at A2/B1 level with good comprehension
- A Class B driver’s license
